Tripping Cool didn’t follow a template — they helped build one. As GME’s pilot operator, every step from initial assessment to operational sustainability was co-designed, measured, and refined with continuous expert guidance.
The challenge
Tripping Cool committed to becoming a greener, more accessible operatorbefore there was a productized route to follow.
The standard path then — hire a consultant, get audited, file the paperwork — didn’t fit an operator that wanted sustainability woven into operations, not bolted on at audit time. They were ready to do the work; what they needed was a partner willing to build the methodology alongside them.
The work
The engagement unfolded across phases, each with hands-on guidance from GME’s expert team.
We expected to learn what to measure. We didn’t expect to change how we ran the company.

The outcome
The receipts that make this a featured case — carbon reduction, staff trained, certifications, the cultural shift — are being documented with the operator.
