From first audit to final certificate.

The full pathway to GSTC-Recognized certification. Up to fifty operators move through together — shared cadence, individual certificate. The destination, not just the diagnostic.

Built for operators ready to certify — honestly not for everyone.

The Cohort asks for 4–6 hours a week across 12+ months. That filter is deliberate — it’s the path to a certificate, not a taster. It’s for:

  • Operators with cruise-line, OTA, or B2B contract deadlines
  • Teams ready to commit to GSTC-Recognized certification
  • Tour businesses scaling sustainability across products
  • Leaders who want a peer network of certified operators

Certification isn’t a cost center. It pays back three ways.

The case operators make internally — lower costs, a stronger team, and a business that’s protected for what’s coming.

Cut costs from day one

  • Up to 44% energy reduction — no capital investment
  • Up to 25% water use reduction within weeks
  • 30–50% waste diversion = lower disposal fees
  • $400/month saved → 14-month payback on $6,500

Build a better team

  • Up to 25% lower staff attrition
  • Preferred employer for Millennials & Gen Z
  • Lower turnover = 50–75% salary cost avoided
  • Community trust = stronger destination access

Protect what you built

  • Third-party cert shields from greenwashing claims
  • Proactive compliance avoids fines & retrofits
  • Preferred access to cruise lines & destinations
  • Be certified before ESG rules are mandated

Ranges reflect outcomes across operators on the SustainAble methodology; your results depend on your starting point.

Going it alone costs more — and no one owns the outcome.

The usual path to GSTC means stitching together independent consultants, scattered courses, and an audit you prep for alone — over years.

The traditional way

$12k–40k

  • Sustainability consultant · 300–500 hrs$40–80/hr
  • Audit prep, evidence & documentationin those hrs
  • Time to certification2+ years
  • Who owns the outcomeyou do

The SustainAble Cohort

$6,500

  • One route, one platform, one teamall-in
  • Time to certification12–18 mo
  • Who owns the outcomewe do, together
  • Versus going it aloneup to 84% less

And when the traditional route ends, so does the support. No platform, no peer network, no continuous data — you start from zero next year. The Cohort includes your first certified year, maintained.

The external GSTC audit (~$8,000–9,000, paid to the certifying body) is separate and applies to either path — it isn’t part of this comparison.

Qualification first

Every Cohort enrollment begins with a 20-minute fit call. We confirm the program is right for your operation, your team, and your timeline. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll tell you — before you invest a dollar.

A partnership, not a transaction

We commit to expert guidance, structured accountability, and a clear path to your SustainAble™ certification. You commit to showing up and doing the work. When both sides hold up their end, the results follow.

Not ready to go all-in?

The Launchpad is a 30-day diagnostic — a lower-risk way to see where you stand first. Your $1,750 credits in full toward the Cohort if you join within 30 days. You never pay twice for the same step.

What operators ask before they commit.

The Cohort-specific questions. Route-level questions live on the SustainAble page.

01How do I join — is there a checkout?

No. Every Cohort enrollment begins with a 20-minute fit call. We confirm the program is right for your operation, team, and timeline first — if it isn’t the right fit, we’ll tell you before you invest a dollar.

02What’s the time commitment?

Plan for 4–6 hours per week across 12+ months. The Cohort changes how your operation runs — that takes real participation, not just attendance.

03What does the $6,500 include — and what doesn’t?

It’s all-in: the discovery audit, the action plan, the platform, the full training catalog, bi-weekly sessions, monthly 1:1s, the mock audit, and your first year of certificate maintenance. The one thing not included is the external third-party audit fee (~$8,000–9,000), paid directly to the certifying body.

04I did the Launchpad — does it count?

Yes. Your $1,750 credits in full toward the Cohort if you join within 30 days of completing the Launchpad.

05How many operators are in a cohort?

Up to 50 operators in the founding cohort, with up to 10 team seats per enrollment. Small enough for real peer accountability, large enough for a genuine network.

06Is the certification issued by GME?

No — the destination is a GSTC-Recognized certification via a third-party audit. GME is the route that gets you audit-ready and supports your first certified year; the certificate comes from the certifying body.

The founding cohort is forming now. It starts with a conversation, not a contract.
